I'm thinking of writing a story called Stepsisters. It's about this nerdy, shy, math pentathlon girl Martha Goldway and popular, pretty, cheerleader Victoria "Tori" Willows. Oh, this is not the real story, just a long summary of the first part and how they became…oops, spilling too much, lol! Martha's mom died when she was 3, and so because of that, Martha never exactly had a "girl talk" with anyone, and why she wishes for a Mom, but Martha's dad is too busy with his job, and they move often, and Martha’s dad promises that the move to the city Centerscore will be the last move. It was SOO awkward when Martha started to need bras and pads, but they both love each other. On the other hand, sexy Tori's mom is fashionable and a US Weekly reader, just like Tori, and they’ve been here all their life at Centerscore. Although Tori's popular, she always feels left out whenever people talk about their dads and asks her about dad stuff, because Tori's parents are divorced and it's awkward between Mom and Dad. They often go shopping together. One day, Martha (who is actually really pretty under those big frame glasses and chunky sweaters) accidentally bumps into Tori (who's actually really sensitive behind the teasing and gossiping she does) while she's applying her makeup with high-end products. Tori gets uber-mad at Martha and she turns tomato red and it gets worse when they’re assigned partners. Meanwhile, (like the different scenes in a movie) Martha’s Dad was walking down the stairs of his office, and Tori’s Mom was running up the stairs because she was late and they accidentally bump into each other and they look at each other for a second and then they apologize and everything and T’s Mom says,: “So, you’re the new manager?” and M’s Dad says yes and then they shake hands and T’s Mom apologizes again and M’s Dad says it’s ok and stuff and they laugh and that’s how they met. A few days after that during the school play where all the students and parents of Centerscore High come, Martha and Dad + Tori and Mom are the some of the last ones to leave and their cars are right next to each other so M’s Dad see’s T’s Mom and they immediately recognize each other and greet each other and while they talk and Martha and Tori go like “What?!” and look at each other. FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD TMom and MDad have been dating for several months and Dad knows she’s the one and vice versa. So, they share the big news to the enemies, Martha and Tori. Well, Tori gets mad, confused, angry, surprised and unable to soak the news in. Martha is the same, except she wasn’t extremely mad, just “weird”, thinking she’ll have a mom. Tori gets ubermad at Mom for days and days, while Martha and Dad have hugs and talks. But slowly, she soaks the news in (Tori). FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD Martha and Tori are becoming better friends, and one day they had a heart to heart talk and Tori spills all her feelings and Martha talks about her lonely years. The next day it was really awkward. Tori ignored Martha but Martha was surprised when Tori sat w/ her at lunch instead of the popular girls. That caused gossip to rise, and the popular girls to ask her what’s up with hanging out with the weirdo nerd. When Tori denies anything to keep her popularity the popular girls blackmail Martha when she’s alone and Martha finally tells them they’re stepsisters. And the popular girls ask Tori, do you really want to hang out with your stepsister (Tori gasps, thinking how did they find out?!) or your popularity? Tori chooses popularity, which causes Martha and Tori to fight. They both ignore each other for the next days and Martha goes back to hanging out with the nerds while Tori and her friend gossip in the bathroom at lunch and secretly text during classes, doing what they usually do. FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD After they make up, (Tori’s still does what she does at school and same w/ Martha, but it’s different at home and Tori promises she won’t tease mean anymore which she tries to stick to but fails often) Tori and Martha have their first official “sleepover” and Tori learns that Martha never had a manicure, doesn’t own more than 3 nail polishes (one that dried out), and doesn’t own any makeup but some kiddy makeup that broke, or ran out, or going low, ect. And reads writing magazines, and never shopped at Abercrombie, Hollister, Wet Seal, Forever 21, or even been in there. Martha learns that Tori has a weekly mani, has a whole box and table of makeup, reads magazines like Seventeen, Glamour, People, Teen Vogue, ect and shops at all the stores Martha never been in all the time. Tori officially declares an Operation Make Martha 200% Cooler Than She Is Right Now. So how do you like it so far? They eventually have a big fight at the end, with Tori setting up dates for Martha, blackmail, makeup messups, and other cool stuff. Martha never thought she'll be stepsisters with such a pretty and popular girl and Tori never thought she'd be stepsisters with a nerdy and "wierd" girl, in a good way. SO SORRY for the uber long details, but once you read into it, it's actually kinda interesting. Oh, and please don't say something like: "TOO MUCH WORDS 4 me!"... Read More »
